At Humana, I led UAT for customer and service portals, covering 500+ test cases, and handled pre-production and post-production validation. I also coordinated business UAT sign-off and quarterly environment sanity testing.

At British Telecom, I designed and executed functional and regression tests and tracked JIRA defects through closure. I also onboarded new QA members and created knowledge-transfer documents in Confluence.

At Kaiser Permanente, I managed CRQs in BMC Remedy, reviewed SOX documents, and prepared monthly status reports. In my E-Commerce Automation project, I automated login, add-to-cart, and cart validation flows using Playwright Python and pytest, and validated orders created through APIUtils in the UI.
