I’m a QA Analyst with hand on experience testing web and mobile applications in Agile environments. I focus on delivering high-quality, reliable software by identifying defects early, validating fixes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

In my current role, I execute manual functional, regression, and UAT testing across multiple releases to reduce post-release defects. I design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test data to ensure full requirement coverage.

I also support automated regression testing using Selenium and Playwright, and I execute tests within CI/CD pipelines to improve build stability and enable early defect detection. I document and track defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps, severity, and impact analysis, then validate bug fixes through regression testing and post-release monitoring.

Previously, I performed manual testing of complex web and mobile systems in compliance-driven environments, including API endpoint testing and SQL-based data validation. I documented test results and evidence for audit and certification needs, tracked defects through resolution, and contributed to continuous improvement of QA documentation, testing standards, and processes.
