What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise AI architecture and transformation—shipping LLM/RAG, agentic workflows, and computer vision into production with strong MLOps, observability, and CXO-ready analytics impact.

I’m an AI Architect and AI transformation leader with 17+ years of technology leadership experience and 9+ years in AI/Data Science. I currently serve as AI Architect at Kalamandir Group, where I lead the group’s AI technology arm PinkLotus.ai.

I architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions—from multi-agent LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines to computer vision and agentic workflow automation. I’ve driven AI strategy from the CXO boardroom to production deployment, with strong consulting DNA, structured thinking, stakeholder management, and P&L accountability.

At PinkLotus.ai, I built and led a deployable, containerised AI platform powering real-time retail intelligence across 80+ retail stores and 8+ client locations. Highlights include architecting a LangGraph-powered Business Intelligence Center (BIC) integrating ClickHouse OLAP, ChromaDB vector storage, Knowledge Graph RAG, and Claude/Sonnet for on-demand, conversational CXO intelligence.

I’ve also established an enterprise MLOps discipline—Docker/Kubernetes containerization, MLflow model versioning, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and observability with model drift detection and SLA-focused monitoring. Alongside this, I led the deployment of AI surveillance intelligence across 100+ stores with 38+ CV-driven scenario detectors and built fashion image search and vision-language retrieval using dual-embedding strategies.
