Fundraising and partnerships professional at CALA Voice who secured US$3.2 million through grant proposals and donor engagement.

United States
Message

At CALA Voice, I managed research and development for more than 55 grant proposals requesting US$5.5 million, coordinating programme data, funding narratives and budgets. These efforts secured US$3.2 million.

I built relationships across more than 70 corporations, foundations and community stakeholders, and recruited 14 first-time donors against a quarterly target of 10. I also supported planning and delivery of VoiceRaise, an annual fundraising gala with 300+ attendees and a US$35,000 budget.

At the Department of University Advancement, Carleton University, I maintained more than 50,000 donor records and supported Giving Tuesday and Varsity Drive campaigns. Segmented outreach increased donor engagement by 40%, and I developed Power BI dashboards to analyze campaign performance, retention and segmentation.

My community engagement work included organizing youth programs at the Wellness Centre, Carleton University Students’ Association, and coordinating advocacy and fundraising campaigns with UNICEF Carleton. I’ve also developed donor communications and outreach materials using tools including Canva, MailChimp and Salesforce.
