I'm seeking a remote Operations Coordinator role with a multinational organization where I can manage high-volume workflows, coordinate teams and vendors, improve processes, and support reliable daily operations.

At AXN Motors, I coordinate daily workshop operations for a 12-member team and keep 10–15 service jobs per day on schedule, including heavy vehicles.

I'm the link between technicians, customers, and vendors—resolving service issues, sourcing parts, managing inventory, and maintaining GST-compliant invoices, billing records, MIS, and operational documentation. I've also streamlined intake-to-delivery workflows to reduce process friction and avoid stock shortages.
