At Apna Mart, I lead the Warehouse pod and own the technical direction and delivery of warehouse, replenishment, and vendor systems. The platform supports logistics, inventory, and store operations across GCP and Kubernetes.
I architected and launched an Automatic Replenishment System that calculates and triggers workflows across stores and SKUs. It improved inventory turnover by 12% and reduced manual procurement effort by 40%.
I also developed a QC automation system that detects and blocks short deliveries at receiving, cutting shrinkage from 0.4% to 0.07%. At Apna Mart, I established Apache Kafka as the event backbone and built archival pipelines that process more than 100 million records per month.
Previously, at Revenoid (EvaBot), I designed distributed services for conversational agents and built FastAPI services and Kubernetes-driven CI/CD pipelines. At Noon, I developed asynchronous jobs for Pulse and maintained a ticketing system; I also built Cargo360, a logistics TMS project live on the Play Store.
