I’m a Radio Network Planning Engineer with 14+ years of end-to-end telecom experience across 5G NR, LTE, WCDMA, and GSM, combining greenfield/nominal planning with rigorous coverage and capacity execution. I take ownership from HLD/LLD through KPI acceptance and final customer acceptance (PAC), with deep expertise in 5G NR capacity planning and stakeholder management.
As Regional RF Planning Lead on the Huawei–MTN project, I personally delivered coverage and capacity planning for 300+ new site builds and 1,000+ capacity upgrade sites. I managed and mentored a cross-functional team of 10+ engineers/Subcontractors, coordinating concurrent NSB and upgrade streams across HetNet, Small Cell, and FWA objectives.
Alongside RF delivery, I’m currently pursuing a Master of Data Science to bring machine learning and predictive analytics into RF network planning and optimisation. I work hands-on with tools like Atoll/Asset, Actix, Genex Assistant, Nemo Analyze, and Huawei platforms, driving improvements through ARIMD KPI optimisation and data-driven recommendations.
