What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on telecom role focused on network planning and optimization, working with cross-functional teams to improve mobile network performance and capacity while growing technical leadership.

I am a telecommunications engineer with hands-on experience in microwave network planning, LAN/WAN optimization, and 4G coverage enhancement. At Vodafone Idea Limited I contributed to MW planning, frequency corrections, link utilization improvements, and network rerouting to boost performance.

I have designed physical network layouts, prepared logical designs, bills of materials, and build guides, and conducted site surveys including LOS surveys and fiber route planning using tools like MapInfo and Global Mapper. I supported traffic shifting, network documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborated with vendors to execute upgrades that improved network KPIs and reduced downtime.

My technical toolkit includes Cisco, ECI and Juniper equipment, OTDR, Wireshark, iMaster NCE, and Cisco Packet Tracer, and I combine strong analytical problem-solving with stakeholder management and team collaboration to deliver scalable telecommunication upgrades and capacity enhancements.
