At Telecom Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I performed 2G, 3G, LTE and VoLTE RF optimization for Vodafone Idea, including drive-test analysis and KPI improvement. I analyzed TEMS Discovery logs to identify coverage, quality and throughput issues.
In the UK, I conducted drive testing and performance analysis for Vodafone 2G/3G and Airtel 4G under Nokia/Ericsson contracts. I also planned routes, analyzed SCFT KPIs and troubleshot coverage, quality and handover issues.
