I've delivered end-to-end localization programs for RWS Group clients including IKEA, General Motors, LinkedIn, BOSE, and Motorola, coordinating content, engineering, and operations teams.

I own scope, quotations, budgets, revenue forecasting, invoicing, schedules, risk mitigation, KPI dashboards, and client-specific workflows. I also coordinate Project Coordinators and Language Coordinators while mentoring junior staff on operational processes.
