At Target, I lead design strategy for the Item Space multi-sided platform, spanning inventory from vendor partnership through customer sale. I reduced the design-to-market workflow from 12 weeks to 4 weeks and developed a framework connecting traditional UI with agentic AI.
Previously at Intel, I managed 15+ design professionals across the Tiber Edge Platform and Tiber AI Suites. I built design leadership capacity, managed budgets and agency partnerships, and launched an AI productivity program.
I’ve led financial, enterprise, and consumer experiences at Iress, Telstra Digital Studio, SAP, and ABB. My work includes guiding 2.43 million Telstra customers through a mail migration, launching SAP Screen Persona, and creating research-led interaction patterns for robotics, smart grids, and control-room automation.
I also founded Geebee Global, partnering with Telstra, ANZ Bank, and NTT DATA to help FinTech and EdTech teams build customer-focused products. I bring design thinking, user research, prototyping, and cross-functional leadership to high-stakes, data-rich environments.
