I'm a Travel and Tourism graduate with a diverse background in customer service, logistics, and online business. Over the past few years, I've gained hands-on experience managing deliveries, handling finances, and working in customer support roles.

I also launched and managed my own online clothing business, where I handled everything from sales to customer communication. This experience helped me build strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of online business operations.

My journey includes a short-term internship at a travel agency, which gave me practical insights into the tourism industry—an area I’m still passionate about. I'm now looking to grow professionally in roles that value adaptability, learning, and real-world experience.
