I'm currently delivering individual and group psychosocial interventions through the Badlav Project, Jamghat x You’re Wonderful Project, supporting children in underserved Delhi communities through expressive arts, dance movement, psychodrama, and psychoeducation.
Alongside my private practice, I've provided remote individual therapy at MindPeers for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. I create customised treatment plans, maintain ethical clinical documentation, and prioritise confidentiality.
At the School Mental Health Initiative with the Government of NCT Delhi and IHBAS, I supported students and staff through life skills education and art- and dance-based expressive therapies. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, empathic communication, and building therapeutic relationships that foster safety and empowerment.
My clinical psychology training includes supervised work with high-risk clients, person-centred counselling, Transactional Analysis, Inner Child work, and forensic psychology exposure. I'm committed to reflective practice, accessible mental health support, and culturally sensitive care.
