I am an accomplished Executive Director at American Youth Camps, where I have dedicated over 15 years to enhancing intercultural education for young adults. My leadership has transformed AYC into a premier institution, offering diverse programs that foster academic success, leadership, and cultural literacy. I am passionate about preparing the next generation of globally competent students through innovative educational experiences.

With a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA from esteemed institutions, I have a strong foundation in creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. My teaching experience spans across various international platforms, including a role as a Visiting Professor at Colby College and as an instructor in Shanghai, where I trained future leaders in international business.
