Pakal is an R&D-phase startup developing an advanced silicon-based IGBT upgrade. My initial responsibilities included establishing the strategies and performance requirements for our technologies, then establishing and managing our sales and marketing organization. I was later promoted and additionally responsible for the Operations organization.

Stellour 思图 was a digital marketing firm targeting opportunities within China’s growing middle class. My primary focus was developing the web and data technologies that were the foundation of our longer-term online strategies. Position required extensive web and database development including Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, and Linux server administration on Amazon AWS.

Enovix was an R&D-phase startup developing high energy-density silicon-based Lithium-ion batteries for mobile applications. My responsibilities included coordinating with strategic partners (integrated circuit suppliers including Cypress Semi, Qualcomm, and Intel) and potential customers (including Apple, Motorola, LG, and Samsung) to establish the technical and market requirements.

I was responsible for developing the company's programmable integrated power management unit (PMU) strategy and platform, which was the primary focus of our IPO strategy. I managed a team of ~50 engineers split between Shanghai and Hanoi, and was responsible for all aspects of product development, from initial concept and product definition, through product development and release.

I held P&L responsibility for a team of 60+ employees performing marketing, operations, and all engineering disciplines. Position required frequent global travel.

APD Semiconductor was an R&D-stage semiconductor startup developing advanced semiconductor devices for power management applications. I had a wide range of responsibilities, from establishing the business plan and product development strategy to product characterization and application testing.

I was responsible for managing the mobile segment of the power management business unit, and was responsible for all aspects of strategy development, key customer interface, product definition, promotion, and operations for my product line.
