What I'm looking for

I want to lead architecture and delivery for cloud-native products—hands-on with C#/.NET, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD—while building GenAI features (LangGraph/RAG). I’m best in Agile/SAFe teams that value quality, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a Tech Lead in Product Engineering with 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise web applications and cloud-native platforms. I’m currently associated with Accelya, Pune, where I bridge architecture and delivery to ensure value-driven, high-quality outcomes.

I specialize in analyzing, designing, and building large-scale systems across the full SDLC—from requirement analysis and architecture to coding, testing, and maintenance. I’ve led multiple teams and driven key architecture decisions while staying hands-on, personally architecting and building core services and shared frameworks.

My technical depth spans Microsoft Azure and AWS, including microservices, REST APIs, serverless design, DevOps, and CI/CD. I’ve built scalable backends in C#/.NET, containerized and orchestrated solutions with Docker and Kubernetes, and ensured delivery quality through automated testing and code-quality tooling.

I also build AI/GenAI solutions using LangGraph, AWS Bedrock (Claude), and RAG—designing, architecting, and integrating complex applications with governance and reliability in mind. I enjoy collaborating with product owners and stakeholders, mentoring engineers through code reviews, and executing concurrent projects in Agile (SAFe) environments.
