At Rocket Mortgage, I led product ownership for the company’s largest client-facing website, used by approximately 99% of company clients as their primary digital interface. I translated business and technical requirements into features, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria, then coordinated delivery across engineering, design, and business teams.
I also led delivery of new closing payment capabilities, including ACH, wire, and check options, and an initiative to replace check issuance with an automated workflow. I planned controlled launches and rollout and rollback approaches, and used customer feedback, analytics, and operational KPIs to inform product improvements.
More recently, I supported product delivery at Evolutyz Corp and translated business needs into requirements and actionable work items at SoftPro. My background also includes business analysis, API and integration work, Agile and SAFe delivery, and product management for financial technology workflows.
