At FutureSecure AI, I build backend systems and real-time communication services for AI-powered conversational and voice applications. I develop scalable APIs and voice pipelines that combine telephony, LLMs, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, VAD, and turn detection.
Previously at NTT Ltd., I progressed from intern to mid-level software engineer while building enterprise platforms, microservices, and event-driven integrations. My work included quotation, inventory, observability, incident automation, and enterprise display-management systems.
