I've built and evolved multi-tenant CRM, messaging, and lead marketplace products at Fetchly Labs and Contact2Sale. At Fetchly Labs, I work on Container Alliance CRM using Ruby on Rails 7, GraphQL, Vue.js, and domain-driven, event-driven architecture.
At Contact2Sale, I designed a messaging platform with Rails REST APIs and Meta WhatsApp integrations, supporting high-volume campaigns, audience segmentation, bulk email, Sidekiq, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, and OpenSearch. I also delivered lead purchasing and freemium workflows, optimized critical ActiveRecord and SQL flows, and built daily-use product features for sales teams.
I've supported production SaaS reliability by resolving incidents and maintaining 50+ third-party integrations. I also build automated quality coverage with RSpec and Cypress, including GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
