I’m looking for an employment-law role where I can lead workplace investigations and manage litigation work end-to-end, combining evidence-driven research with practical, client-facing recommendations and strategic motion/settlement advocacy.

I’m an employment-law associate and workplace investigations professional with a J.D. and nearly three years of experience evaluating sensitive matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave, accommodations, and termination. I translate complex facts and legal standards into clear, decision-ready recommendations that help clients move forward with confidence.

At Filippatos PLLC, I independently manage 30 employment-focused litigation matters, conducting factual investigations through interviews, HR record review, and policy/communication analysis. I assess workplace risk and advise on defenses and causation, while drafting pleadings, dispositive briefing, discovery motions, oppositions, replies, settlement materials, and detailed demand letters under demanding deadlines.

Previously, as a Law Clerk at Wigder LLP, I drafted employment demand letters, supported motion practice on discovery issues (including protective orders and Daubert), and researched anti-discrimination laws to shape practical litigation strategy. I’m drawn to roles where thorough investigation, evidence-driven advocacy, and practical guidance are central to protecting clients and achieving strong outcomes.
