Manage end-to-end administrative processing of BRCGS certification audits, from report review and Directory submission through certificate issuance. Administer and maintain BRCGS Directory site and company records, ensuring accurate ownership, registration, site-sharing, and Certification Body information.

Coordinate and schedule certification and non-certification food safety audits, serving as the primary liaison between clients, auditors, and management. Manage complex audit schedules while balancing auditor availability, client needs, and accreditation requirements.

Prepare and finalize all administrative documents including participant memorandums, training schedules, course syllabi, name tags, course evaluations, and training certificates. Assist in the administration of course evaluations and assessments, and organize logistics for training delivery.

Acquired pesticide licensing and performed various treatments, pest/disease control measures, and maintained accurate reporting. Identified and evaluated diseases or physical problems with plants or trees, and diagnosed and treated plant diseases, pests, and fungi.

Led research on determining forage preferences of bees on native versus introduced willow taxa, organizing a 3-year experiment and executing the plan accordingly. Analyzed data, wrote code in SAS and R, and published a paper on the value of willows in attracting pollinators.

Rearing of insects used as biological control agents in non-target species studies for the USDA. Writing insect care protocols for USDA APHIS and training undergraduate volunteers in rearing protocols.

Participated in weekly lab meetings and assisted graduate students with their research projects. Assisted in collection of data for a seven-year study on Eastern Hemlocks and the negative effect of the Woolly Adelgid, and co-authored a publication on reforestation trials.
