I've led five vehicle launches for OPMobility, including the Chevrolet Equinox EV and Silverado, coordinating GM teams in the USA, a French parent company, Mexican manufacturing sites, and vendors. I compressed industrialization timelines to under nine months per launch while managing delivery from engineering requirements through production.

At Grupo Antolin, I recovered the delayed VW336 Tayron instrument panel program by realigning schedules and resources with Spanish leadership and Volkswagen engineering in Germany. Through daily obeya-style tracking, I helped the team reach pre-production targets ahead of the revised deadline.

I bring hands-on ownership of budgets, quality, risk, validation, client communication, and cross-functional delivery. At OPMobility, I controlled project P&L and kept Cost of Non-Quality below 0.5% of budget through tighter risk reviews and daily action tracking.

Today, I run Elevate, a precision ag-tech and geomatics consultancy delivering aerial data services including photogrammetry, LiDAR, and solar thermal inspections. I coordinate clients, vendors, and quality control end to end as the sole operator.
