I’m a Customer Support and Operations professional with 2+ years of experience handling complex customer cases through a ticketing system. I focus on issue investigation, ticket management, and practical solutions while keeping a consistently high support standard.
In my current role, I investigate and resolve complex customer issues, identify recurring product defects, and escalate findings to the relevant teams. I also support the onboarding and training of new team members to help them deliver quality support from day one.
Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Agent–Visa Consultant, processing global visa applications under tight deadlines while following international regulatory standards. I collaborated directly with consulates to resolve escalated, high-ambiguity cases and kept knowledge bases updated as policies and internal guidelines changed.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Lawyer in the Public Sector focused on customer support, drafting legal feasibility reports and conducting regulatory compliance reviews. I mediated and resolved citizen complaints and administrative disputes by applying local legal frameworks.
