At Global Hitss, I took over a troubled Claro Peru project after a year of execution and realigned its scope with the client. I oversaw a 30-person multidisciplinary team and the accepted Phase 1 analysis.
At Afore Banamex, I recovered the SISIEF investment systems project after more than two years of unsuccessful development, bringing stakeholders together to resolve dependencies. I delivered it to production within six months and reduced outsourced development work by 70%.
My work has also included automating executive reporting at Global Hitss, contributing to financial systems and integration projects, and creating Sky’s invoicing system from scratch.
