Gabriela Guilherme

I’m currently a graduate student in Medical Sciences, with a major in Dietetics and Nutrition, and I’m building my clinical and education-focused foundation. Through my academic training at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria and an academic exchange in Nutrition, I’ve strengthened my commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centered care.

In my Nutrition Intern roles, I supported both clinical consultations and community-focused education. At Univates Health – Nutrition Clinic, I conducted nutritional consultations, organized in-house and off-site culinary activities, and helped develop educational materials. With São Cristóvão Family Health Strategy, I carried out nutritional consultations, administered questionnaires, developed educational materials, and accompanied staff on home visits.

Alongside my health training, I’ve developed customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Front Desk Clerk at Hotel Estrela de Fátima, I provided customer service, received packages, processed payments and collected fees, and conducted inventory counts.

I bring a dedicated, organized approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and I adapt easily to new routines and responsibilities. I’m comfortable using Google Drive tools (Excel, Docs) and Canva, and I’m looking for a professional opportunity I can balance with my studies while continuing to grow.
