I’m an International Business professional with 1+ year of remote experience as an Underwriter Assistant, combining strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail. I enjoy working independently with distributed teams while supporting underwriting outcomes.

In my role, I support underwriting processes through analysis and validation of client and policy information. I review documentation, contracts, and underwriting requirements to assess risk exposure, and I maintain and update operational databases for accuracy and compliance.

Before underwriting, I built a solid foundation through internships across insurance, procurement, and risk. As a Claims Intern at Liberty Seguros Ecuador, I supported customer support and payment processes, and assisted in reporting and help desk. Earlier, I worked as a Procurement Intern at Huawei Technologies Ecuador and as a Risk Intern at Banco Codesarrollo de los Pueblos, focusing on contract preparation, supplier evaluation support, and collecting/validating financial and credit data.

I’m pursuing opportunities where my underwriting, risk analysis, and reporting background can add immediate value. With an ongoing B.A. in International Business from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, I bring an organized, compliance-minded approach and a clear drive to keep improving in insurance operations.
