I’m a medical administrator and billing/revenue cycle professional with over 5 years of experience supporting healthcare administrative workflows, claims processing fundamentals, insurance verification, patient records management, and healthcare compliance requirements. I bring exceptional organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
In my roles as Medical Billing & Administrative Manager and Operations & Administrative Manager, I oversaw daily administrative operations and coordinated service execution across departments and multiple business areas. I managed relationships with 30+ HMOs and government NHIS, ensured compliance with service agreements and procedures, and coordinated large volumes of claims—from verification and approvals to billing, documentation, and submission for reimbursement.
I also focused on closing gaps in the revenue cycle by liaising with HMO reps to resolve authorization, claims, and service-related issues; ensuring proper recordkeeping for insured patients; and monitoring operational reports, service usage, and administrative performance. I’m HIPAA-certified and work with EMR/EHR and electronic documentation to support prior authorization, claims follow-up, denial management support, patient scheduling, and customer-focused administrative service.
