I’m a Google-certified cyber security practitioner and Computer Science student, focused on security event monitoring, log and network traffic analysis, incident investigation, and vulnerability assessment. I’m comfortable working independently in remote, distributed-team settings.

I built and tested a Python-based intrusion detection system and a machine-learning-driven UAV IDS, strengthening my anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and security reporting skills. My UAV IDS work achieved 99.24% test accuracy and 99.93% AUC-ROC across 1.15 million traffic samples, with 0.091 ms latency per sample and under 5% CPU overhead.

In my projects, I trace alerts back to root cause and validate true/false positives using packet-level analysis (Wireshark). I also use Nmap for host and port enumeration and Metasploit for exploitation testing to validate real-world risk, then document results clearly and structurally.

I align my work with security controls and frameworks, applying NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls concepts gained through certification coursework and SOC training. I’m motivated by building reliable detection logic— including fallback approaches—so monitoring remains effective even when primary controls fail.
