My employee provisioning engine responds to Airtable candidate-status changes, routes role-based access for Slack, GitHub, and Figma, and tracks hardware allocation in real time. I also created recruitment workflows that ingest applicants, screen candidates, trigger interview scheduling, and centralize hiring-stage tracking.
