I'm coordinating subsea cable logistics for JDR Cables in direct support of active Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind cable-lay operations. I align cable inventory, load-outs, installation teams, marine forecasts, and offshore operational windows to protect the construction schedule.

Previously at McAllister Towing, I dispatched offshore construction assets for CVOW, including WTIVs, CLVs, SOVs, CTVs, OSVs, heavy-lift vessels, rock installation vessels, feeder barges, and tugs. I led daily operational briefs, deconflicted simultaneous operations, supported Jones Act-compliant logistics, managed risk assessments, and maintained records for project and regulatory review.

At US Waterways, I managed 24/7 tug and barge operations, vessel traffic, personnel transfers, dredging support, fleet scheduling, emergency response, dry docking, and safety management programs. I also built and led teams of 31 to 200 personnel while managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets up to $50M.

I bring more than 10 years of commercial maritime operations experience, combining offshore wind coordination, port engineering, marine dispatch, safety compliance, and logistics. I'm local to Hampton Roads and available for 24/7 rotating shift work.
