I’m a supply planning and operations excellence leader with over a decade of experience designing, executing, and teaching planning discipline in high-risk, high-complexity environments. I’m known for translating complex planning concepts into practical execution—then building planning capability in frontline teams.
Across U.S. Navy submarine operations, manufacturing, chemical processing, and large-scale logistics networks, I’ve focused on inventory optimization, production and distribution planning, workforce enablement, and process standardization. I drive adoption of processes and systems that improve customer service, inventory, quality, and cost performance, with strong KPI ownership for service levels, inventory, cost, and reliability.
