I architected CEREBRO, an AI-enabled product intelligence and quoting engine built on a structured database of more than 1,300 SKUs. It was designed to help engineers identify components and compress BOM and design work.
I also led implementation of SOPs, ERP workflows, operating dashboards, and automation initiatives. As interim CEO for nearly two months, I built cash flow and break-even dashboards, instituted department KPIs, and launched weekly sales initiatives.
At Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I developed corporate strategies and financial analyses for global companies, and presented recommendations to senior stakeholders. I also developed an internal AI tool to streamline valuation re-rating analyses.
