I’m an experienced estate caretaker with over 5 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance. I’m reliable and trustworthy, and I’m comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards.

In my current role at Riku Properties in Nairobi (2021–Present), I perform plumbing and electrical repairs, supervise contractors, and maintain cleanliness and security. I also respond to emergencies and support tenants to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

I focus on preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and strong communication. My work blends practical technical problem-solving with tenant relations, teamwork, and clear follow-through.

I’ve also completed training in Biblical Ministry/Theology, along with informal training in plumbing and electrical wiring, plus a certificate in leadership and discipleship. I bring a steady, disciplined approach to service and continuous improvement on the estate.
