I direct global Machine Learning and Data Science operations at Incubeta SA Operations, aligning AI roadmaps and governance with business strategy. I also help package proprietary AI solutions into scalable enterprise offerings for clients including Beiersdorf and Santam.

Previously at Argility Technology Group, I led data science teams and R&D for AI and machine learning methods incorporated into retail software products. I architected and deployed price elasticity, demand forecasting, price optimization, and recommendation models for major retail clients, including Castrol India’s Smart App redesign.

At Effective Intelligence, I led expansion into East Africa, establishing regional operations, acquiring clients, and negotiating data-access partnerships with organizations including KNBS, IEBC, credit bureaus, and mobile network operators.

Across more than 12 years, I’ve translated complex statistical and predictive modeling into practical business strategies. I work across Python, R, SQL, GCP, AWS, MLOps, and enterprise visualization platforms, and hold Google Professional Data Engineer and Professional Machine Learning Engineer certifications.
