At Cortland River North, I helped increase occupancy from 82% to 99% by adjusting pricing, availability, and incentives in response to real-time market conditions. I also analyze revenue potential for short-term rentals, corporate suites, and long-term apartment inventory.

Previously, I helped prelease more than half of a new 210-unit development at The Thompson at Fulton Market in three months, handling the client journey from inquiry through move-in. At TGM NorthShore, I was the top-producing agent and helped move occupancy from 88% to 98% through market-responsive pricing and high-touch service.

My finance background includes capital markets analysis at Cadence Capital Partners, where I modeled acquisition financing, cash flows, rate sensitivity, returns, and asset performance against market benchmarks. I also underwrote multifamily development opportunities at Three Corners Development.

I'm looking to bring financial modeling, pricing strategy, forecasting, and client-facing communication to revenue management, hospitality finance, or guest- and owner-facing travel and short-term rental teams. I'm comfortable working remotely across distributed teams and am advancing my conversational Spanish.
