Frank Santos

I’m a Flutter developer with 3+ years of production experience delivering cross-platform mobile applications for Android, iOS, and web. I specialize in field-operations apps that combine photo documentation, GPS/location services, offline-first sync, and REST API layers.

In my recent work, I owned full-cycle delivery from architecture through store publication. I built end-to-end excavation tracking and real-time dispatch workflows, integrating camera capture, GPS-based documentation, automated PDF reporting, and FCM notifications for low-connectivity field teams.

On the backend, I’ve developed custom NestJS services for administration, notification dispatch, and REST APIs consumed by Flutter clients. I work strongly with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Storage) and Supabase (Auth, DB, Storage), applying Clean Architecture and BLoC for maintainable, responsive apps.

I also contribute across the stack—building and improving features in React/Node.js web apps, and strengthening analytics and performance using tools like Google Analytics. I’m based in Lima, Peru, and I’m available full-time remote.
