What I'm looking for

Remote-only contract/freelance Data & AI Architect roles (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure). Open to Europe, UK, Switzerland, US and Canada; comfortable with UK and CET working hours. Not looking for full-time employee roles.

Data & AI architect with 15+ years in data and BI, the last five designing data platforms on Azure. I work hands-on with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks: lakehouse and medallion design, Unity Catalog and Purview governance, Data Factory pipelines and PySpark. Right now I lead the architecture of a Databricks platform that processes tens of millions of telemetry records a day, and before that I was a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft. I also use GenAI tools like Copilot in Fabric and Databricks Genie in day-to-day delivery. I work remotely as a freelance contractor and I'm comfortable on UK or CET hours.
