What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to leverage operational expertise and economic knowledge to deliver accurate financial reporting, identify risks, and support structured strategic plans in a dynamic organizational environment with strong performance accountability.

I’m an analytically driven Economics graduate with 3+ years of progressive experience across property operations management, financial reconciliation, and public sector strategic planning. I’ve built a track record of identifying risks, strengthening controls, and producing structured, reliable financial reports.

In my current role as Property Operations & Financial Performance Manager at Wincomp Services, I reconcile financial records and review the internal ledger to support reporting accuracy. I also identify risks and implement corrective controls for unauthorized occupancy and revenue leakages, while supervising on-site caretakers and coordinating maintenance projects across portfolios.

Earlier, as a Property Field Officer covering Nairobi CBD & Donholm Portfolios, I managed daily operational records, supported tenant vetting, and ensured occupancy management and compliance with property standards. Before that, as a Planning Department Intern at the Executive Office of the President, I analyzed socio-economic data and helped prepare Strategic Plans, Work Plans & Performance Contracts, supporting policy research aligned to Kenya Vision 2030 and MTP IV frameworks.
