What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply real estate market analysis, property valuation, and research-driven analytical writing. I want to contribute to structured reports and policy-relevant insights, working with teams that value integrity, clarity, and measurable financial accountability.

I am a Bachelor of Real Estate and Property Management graduate at the Technical University of Kenya, with strong interests in analytical writing, research, and real estate market analysis. I turn complex ideas in land economics, valuation, and urban development into clear, structured written analysis, and I enjoy research-driven insights that support policy discussions.

I have experience as a “Real Estate analyst” at Miiza realtors (financial expert), where I supported real estate market and valuation-focused work. I also bring leadership and financial oversight through chairing committees, managing budgets and financial reports as Treasurer (2023–2024), coordinating large teams, and contributing to governance through constitution review and electoral roles—always with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
