I’m a content writer and copywriter who blends media & entertainment management training (UADE) with hands-on experience across content creation, social media, ecommerce, events, and product training. I’m known for adapting messaging and tone for different audiences, from retail teams to online communities.

In my most recent role as a Product Training Specialist, I developed written training materials and product guides for major gaming console and accessory lines. I translated technical specifications into clear, audience-friendly content, then supported it with training sessions and visual presentations tailored to varying knowledge levels. I also ensured accuracy and brand alignment by collaborating cross-functionally with product and commercial teams, creating reference documents used by retail and sales teams across multiple locations.

Before that, I managed ecommerce end-to-end—order fulfillment, inventory control, and sales reporting—while handling social media communication and brand presence across platforms. I represented brands at trade fairs and conventions through client-facing engagement, and I also supported event logistics, accreditation, and guest reception through freelance work. I bring practical tools and modern writing workflows (Adobe Creative Suite, AI writing tools, and Canva), and I’m actively pursuing remote content writing and copywriting opportunities with international companies.
