At Boehringer Ingelheim, I coordinated migration of the information system to Boehringer infrastructure, including ERP, and the archiving of Oracle ERP and 43 satellite applications. I also implemented global reporting and harmonized PMO practices while monitoring GxP compliance.
I managed the migration of the SANOFI Oracle ERP to Boehringer infrastructure and implemented an Oracle ERP archiving application for 17 TB of data, meeting 30-year retention and retrieval requirements. I also supported preparation for ERP S/4HANA.
At SNCF, I coordinated an IoT predictive-maintenance project and tracked planning and deliverables across Agile and Waterfall methods. Earlier, I contributed to banking information-system migration and rationalization and worked on application development, maintenance, database migrations, and BI migrations.
