At Moza Banco, I support a portfolio of more than 60 of Mozambique's largest corporate clients across telecommunications, oil and gas, energy, and brewing. I contribute to credit analysis, transaction support, and client-facing advisory within a four-person corporate and investment banking team.
I designed an automation solution that reduced a recurring multi-hour workflow to minutes, creating more capacity for advisory and structuring work. I also build Python and AI-assisted tools for analysis, reporting, and data workflows in approved banking systems, and helped remediate an undetected AI-related security vulnerability.
Alongside banking, I work on language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and financial-text analysis. My projects include RAG systems for financial corpora and Python-based quantitative trading indicators, while my investment banking internship included leading eight MBA students on pitch decks and financial statement analysis.
