Elvis Santos

I’m a Management and Finance graduate with experience supporting financial + e-SISTAFE budget execution, financial data management, and financial data organization through my internships. I bring a disciplined, results-oriented approach rooted in finance, risk management, and business analytics.

In my roles at National Institute of Statistics (INE) and the Higher Institute of Transports and Communications (ISUTC), I supported budget execution activities, organized and analyzed financial data, and assisted procurement and acquisition management activities. I also delivered an academic focus on “Machine Learning Algorithms for Tax Revenue Forecasting in Mozambique.”

Beyond analysis, I develop practical finance solutions—such as a “Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform” concept to improve financial inclusion—and I pair them with strong tooling: Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI. With certifications across risk management, financial planning, and machine learning/AI foundations (including prompt engineering), I’m ready to help teams make clearer, data-backed decisions.
