I turn sketches, PDFs, field measurements, and redline comments into organized DWG and PDF sets, including plans, elevations, sections, foundation plans, utility layouts, and details.
I also prepare quantity takeoffs, preliminary budgets, and material schedules, while coordinating contractors, suppliers, site activities, and field adjustments.
