What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a construction leadership role in real estate or infrastructure where I can own on-site delivery, coordinate subcontractors and engineering teams, and use ERP-driven budgeting to consistently meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Civil Engineer with a solid background in structural design and extensive experience directing, controlling, and supervising large-scale building and infrastructure projects. I currently serve as Construction Manager in the real estate development sector, leading on-site operations, subcontractor coordination, and financial control while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget standards through specialized ERP systems.

Previously, I coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP inputs to finalize Construction Documents, centralized and distributed technical blueprints across internal departments, and led permitting and regulatory compliance. I also work in private practice as an Independent Structural Consultant & Engineer—developing structural designs and integrity assessments—backed by years of site engineering and supervision.
