I’m a Quality Assurance Engineer with 8+ years of experience in back-end, media, and telephony testing. I bring strong analytical thinking from a Law background, and I’m certified as an ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA) and VoIP Analyst (CVA).

In my recent role at 8x8 (Acquisition of Fuze), I reviewed, maintained, and built manual test suites for telephony, fax, and back-end projects. I authored project documentation focused on tests for fax and telephony, validated API endpoints for fax products, and analyzed call logs and SIP Transaction flows across terminals and system components.

Previously at Fuze, I rewrote and reorganized QA test cases for meetings, calls, and telepresence media projects, while creating and maintaining QA documentation. I also support my testing with tools and self-learning in Python, Playwright, Selenium Webdriver, and API-focused requests, aiming for precise, well-documented quality at every layer.
