At Once Upon a House Hoteis (Alecrim ao Chiado), I designed and maintained ETL/ELT pipelines for operational and financial data. I built Power BI and Tableau dashboards and KPIs for Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Guest Experience.
I founded O enTrips and built its cloud-native data platform end-to-end, including its Lakehouse architecture, pipelines, and backend APIs. I also developed a Python, SQL, and dbt revenue reconciliation engine that compares revenue data and flags matches, mismatches, and missing transactions.
