At CTT — Correios de Portugal, I built and maintained medallion-style data products with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and SQL Server. I also co-owned the operational data pipeline that brings delivery-event data into Power BI and analytics, with Grafana monitoring and stage-by-stage reconciliation.
I architected Power BI row-level security for CTT's Quality of Service multi-tenant data product, embedded on the company's website for 10,000+ users. I also shipped an Operational Alarms system with eight alarms on one daily-fresh report, and authored CTT's two most-viewed Power BI reports.
Earlier, at Audiogest / PassMúsica, I designed SQL-based ETL processes and Power BI data models, helping reduce reporting workload by more than 100 hours per year. At Multivision, on a project at Nokia, I collaborated on dashboards and datasets and automated a monthly reporting process across five regions.
