I’m looking for a remote-first role where I can scale L1 community programs end-to-end—governance, incentives, hubs, and partner collaboration—iterating with data while protecting community authenticity.

I’m a community lead and program architect specializing in L1 blockchain ecosystem growth. At Movement Labs, I built the Guild Program from zero—governance framework, Discord and Telegram community architecture, Regional Hubs, ambassador recognition systems, seasonal bounties, and contributor progression tiers—enabling a global Web3 community to become self-governing at scale.

Now at Move Industries, I’m carrying that infrastructure forward with expanded decentralized governance, scaling globally through hubs, and maturing decision-making for guild members and leaders. Before Web3, I spent 13 years at Blizzard Entertainment EMEA, delivering complex cross-functional programs and running community-obsessed operations, which is the foundation of how I partner across marketing, developers, creators, and ecosystem partners today.
