At Bernoni Grant Thornton, I implemented SIEM and SOAR platforms from scratch for enterprise clients without prior security infrastructure, delivering Managed Security Services. I also designed SOC architectures and worked on vulnerability resolution.
I mapped IT infrastructures for ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certification, conducted audits, and managed user lifecycle processes across Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Exchange Online.
I led the end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation for the organization, including customization, workflows, and data migration for about 250 users. Earlier, as an IT Consultant, I managed a five-person Helpdesk and Service Desk team and supported users across Milan, Rome, and Padua.
